Owner: Benedict Taschen Farmers Market on 3rd Street. Design Build of famous bookstore . G&A designed and build International Publishing and Art house store in Hollywood. Infamous Interior Designer: Philip Stark

NORWALK BLDG:
9130 Norwalk Blvd, SANTA Fe Springs, CA. Construction project: 17,400 SF of addition and
complete remodeling of warehouse offices, production tech rooms and lunch room

PAIGE PREMIUM DENIM LLC:

10119 Jefferson Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232 Construction project: Design Build of 22,000 SF tenant improvements, addition and complete remodeling of offices, reception, sales and production. Completion Date: December 17, 2006

PALISADES BEACH CLUB:

10115 Jefferson Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232 Construction project: Design Build of 15,000 SF tenant improvements and complete remodeling of offices and production facility.

LUSTRE:

Gilmore Farmers Market, Los Angeles, CA 90048 Construction project: Design build of new jewelry store.

GE HYBRID POWER GENERATION SYSTEMS:

Owner: GE HPGS 19310 Pacific Gateway Drive, Torrance, CA 90502 Construction project: Design build of new headquarter offices completed in 2002. Construction management of research labs in 2003. GENERAL ELECTRIC Co. is the client based in North Caroline. In 2001 G&A had the first design build project with them to move their offices in Torrance to a new facility. One year later we were commissioned to design and build GE’s first new research labs for hybrid power generations labs in USA and extension of their facility.

FORTUNE SWIMWEAR:

4719 South Boyle Ave., Vernon, CA 90058 Construction project: Design Build of 15,000 SF tenant improvements and complete remodeling of offices and production facility.

FORTUNE CASUALS LLC:

Construction project: Design Build of 21,000 SF tenant improvements, addition and complete remodeling of offices and manufacturing plant.

CALVARY CHAPEL TORRANCE:

Design Build of 138,000 SF tenant improvements, addition and complete remodeling of offices, Sunday School, Assembly Hall and main Sanctuary. This biggest Protestant Church exclusively worked with G&A to develop and build their main sanctuary; offices; Sunday schools and Assembly halls.

FORTUNE FASHIONS INDUSTRIES:

4700 South Boyle Avenue, Vernon, CA 90058 Construction project: Design Build of 583,000 SF tenant improvements, addition and complete remodeling of industrial headquarters. Completion Date: September 17, 2000. The computers installed alone were 1,800 work stations; 13 server rooms and only helicopter pad in the City of Vernon over the main office tower. This is one of the projects G&A designed and build for Fred Kayne. Not only this project was a high success; it was published and had architectural tours in the facility showing composite and creative design elements of it’s time.

BEYBI GIZ PLAZA:

Maslak; Istanbul; TURKEY Construction project: Supervised and managed all design; construction and sales of ground up 32 story high rise building in the heart of Istanbul Financial district Contract Amount: $ 41,000,000.00 Completion Date: April 1996 It was the second tallest building at the time in Turkey. G&A developed plans and designed the buildings signature top by challenging the local authorities and successfully added 4 floors to the original project; later on shore up the building while production was at 17th floor and added 2.5 floors and a movie complex under the building. The green tower on the left of picture below is the second tower built next to Beybi Giz Plaza and it’s called Sun Plaza. The groundbreaking for this project was possible after moving Sun-jut factory to it’s new home; 93,000 M2 factory.

SUNJUT TEXTILE FACTORY:

Dudullu, Istanbul, TURKEY Construction project: Design Build of 93,000 M2 heavy concrete textile industries. Completion Date: June 1996

ULUS DOSTLAR SITESI:

First of its kind high end 54 villa residences and amenities in Ulus, Istanbul, Turkey Construction project: Design, Build decorations of 54 villas changing the direction of the hill over to Bosphorus. Completion Date:

PANASONIC HEADQUARTERS IN ISTANBUL:

High end office building for Panasonic Headquarters in Istanbul Completion Date: May 23, 1997

PANCO TEXTILE INDUSTRIES:

Istanbul Turkey Construction project: Design Build of Panco Headquarters. Completion Date: July 1990

SIMAN RESIDENCE:

1142 San Ysidro Road, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 New construction of $7,600SF Beverly Hills Estate. Project cost was about $6,000,000

 

SEABRIGHT PLACE:

Development of 15 acres of Beverly Hills prime property with Architect Eric Owen Moss. The property in development for 4 houses of 40,000 to 120,000 SF dwellings. The bridge access road is in progress.
